Helen Bleck is an Edinburgh-based editor and proofreader with over 30 years of in-house and freelance publishing experience. She holds an MLitt in Fantasy Fiction, making her one of very few UK editors with a formal postgraduate specialism in the genre. She works with both publishers and independent authors on fiction and non-fiction manuscripts, with particular expertise in fantasy and literary fiction. Her services include copy editing and proofreading, and she is known for her warm, thorough approach to helping writers prepare work for submission or self-publication.
