• Subscription and billing If you have a question about your subscription, a charge, or need to cancel, email us and we will sort it out.
• Writing Guides If you are unable to download a guide, or a link is not working, let us know which guide and we will send it to you directly.
• Directory listings If you are a publishing professional and would like to be listed in the AuthorOS Directory, or if you have found an error in an existing listing, please get in touch.
• Privacy and data requests If you would like to access, correct, or delete your personal data, email us with your request and we will respond within one month.
• Press and partnerships For media enquiries or partnership proposals, email us with a brief outline.
